Returns policyIf you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, we’re happy to refund or exchange the device. You will need to return it to us unused and in the original undamaged packaging including any accessories. If the item has been used and has a password or account connected, we need to be provided with the information to remove your data.There may be a usage reduction if the item has been used. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us. If your device develops a fault and you return it to us within 30 days of receiving your device, we’re happy to refund or exchange it. The return address is at the bottom of the page. To initiate any return of an order please log in and select refund or exchange. We will then authorise your request and please return the goods to the address below. Please include a copy of your invoice with the package.

Please include a copy of the costs of your returns when sending the item back if the goods are faulty. Once this is confirmed by technical, we will refund your return costs.
